You Bore Me

Today, I go to church while hubby was still sleeping when I was saying bye to him I whisper “prepare and get ready when I’m back” he understand what is it that we will go out for our Sunday bonding. By attending mass, I had a nice reflection and heard the good news of the Lord. It gives me strength and lift my spirit by the empowerment of Gods word.

I’ve arrived home from the church when hubby notice me wearing my cheeky and one of my funny t shirts with writing, it says “You Bore Me” with a cat picture in the shirt hehe. I once or twice told him if he don’t like to go out or he can be a snob to socialize and stay at home sometimes and I’m left alone, I told him “you're boring and you bore me" haha it sounds nasty but he knows it's my sarcastic mode in our joking moments. So when I found the shirt during my holiday in the Philippines I really bought it and report to him by overseas call that I really got the shirt that describes you.lol My poor hubby I always pick on him, it's just great because we understand each other, we can handle jokes and those joking style we had make us laugh, giggles and also make our relationship more stronger.

Anyway, we went out this lunch time and look around at IKEA, by just browsing we’ve got bedroom curtain, quilt cover, laptop holder and other petty things for household needs.  We had a quick snack on their café and eat their popular meatballs meal.  After the shopping, my hubby said it’s like we’ve been to the airport only, by wandering the huge shop and for him it was designed like an airport.

Swimming Pool

MIL's backyard with swimming pool can't wait for the hot summer days to come and dip for few hours in the pool.  Usually MIL invites us for a swim especially when her husband will change the water and clean the pool.

Garfish

The photo of whole garfish, have you tried eating this kind of fish? I like to buy a few if it's special at work (hehe) and then put some on the freezer for future cooking. Well, this is one of my favorites, what I do is cut the head, clean the inside then panfry and like to cook the skin a bit crispy.  If you don't see it as whole fish, it often comes from fillets and usually you can buy them on fish and chips shops anywhere.  It's very nice to eat when it was a crumbed garfish as well with a tartare sauce.

Allergic to Dust Mite

It was last week when we went to a laundrymat to wash the woollen underlay and the quilt of our beddings. It’s been a while since we do that, only when I had noticed that my allergy lately keeps on coming back and making me uncomfortable during my sleep.  So, I thought the dust mite causes the annoyance feeling on my face.  We also bought new pillows as my MIL told us it only last for a while and need to be changed every now and then not to build up dust mites also.  I was also telling my hubby if we could also get a new yves delorme quilts soon.  It’s really hard if you have allergy on dust mites because you should maintain a clean and not so dusty environment. That’s the problem having a sensitive skin like mine.

I hope one day my skin would be tough enough to fight what triggers my allergy, I hope it will not get irritated easily, not itchy quickly and stop being allergy to anything especially to dust mites.

This afternoon it’s nice to sit back at the backyard after gardening but my enemy is out there. "The mosquitoes" they likes sucking my blood and makes me weak in just a few second. You as well should stay away from my skin and not even try to keep closer, you only ruin my wonderful afternoon.

Anyway aside from mosquito bites this afternoon, I really had an amazing and productive day with my hubby go out and doing house chores today.

Lunch Out

It was last three weeks ago when I had a lunch out bonding with my PIL. We had a fantastic lunch on Italian restaurant, went for shopping and stopping by on some interesting place.  If she buys something for herself, she also buys for me and some favourites of my husband.  That was very nice and generous of her, Godbless her always.

After we had some shopping, we went at stonefield winery  as her husband wants to buy wine there.  John and I went inside and we have seen lots and lots of wine around, especially assorted wines that are lying on a very huge barrel.  As I was browsing around, John had a conversation with a lady,  as they keep talking he mention to her that he has hundred of wines which is true and was stored in the big fridge which is located at the backyard of our backyard like 50 years old, made by him. He then bragged that he won on 3^rd place on wine making and received a reward a couple of trophies, (not a cheerleader trophies hehe) but for of course for being one of the best wine maker in Adelaide.

After all, we  had a lovely day, a good idea that we again had our bonding every other time.

Flavored Cigarettes

I was looking at my hubby smoking while we are in the backyard this evening, it feels like he has no problem in the world if he is holding a stick of cigarette. How expensive it is in Australia to buy a cigarette on retail shop its a minimum of 1 packet. If you don't have 20au, then you can't smoke yourself, unless a friend will offer a stick to you.

In the Philippines or I don’t know in some countries maybe people can buy just a single stick or two or lose amount in the store. While browsing about health concern topics, I came into a site online that sell cigarettes.  I was surprised that even online,you can order to buy swisher cigarettes in a singles stick, how cool is that?  I was trying to locate which country it came from, I’ve found out it was on Pennsylvania. It’s interesting to know for the first time that swishers brand of cigars has different flavors like strawberry, blueberry, grapes, wine and different fruit flavors. It’s unusual for me knowing cigarette has only menthol and lights taste, I bet most people in this country smokes as the flavour tastes so nice. 

I won’t mind one day to buy and give swisher cigar as a present to a friend.

Scent of a Woman

Recently, I was interested on different scents of perfume, I like those fruity, sweet and flowery smells.  I was influenced by my hubby I think, he is collecting perfumes and so I was encouraged as well.  I’m loyal to D & G before but now I had a few and I have this feeling to wear them every other days if I feel like. I wanted to have more hehe, I lately smell something nice but they’re expensive and I’m waiting for the special to come then maybe I’ll buy.  Everytime I was in the shopping center of perfume section, I'm testing some perfumes that I don't have, if I like the scent it will be on my to do list and save dollars to get them one by one(lol). Some women likes collecting shoes, bags and etc. I don’t have any luxury in my life so if collecting perfume makes me happy I’ll do it. It’s a better option and less expensive than collecting jewelry. Agree? 

Before I like collecting necklace and pendants or there is a time I like citizen watches, I had one but I’m not really keen of wearing it everyday in my arm, only on special occasion I will recommend to myself. I feel uncomfortable if i wear in my wrist, I feel like I'm being choked haha. It's only my feeling not yours of course.

It’s funny how simple or petty things affects our lives and what is great it’s the happiness we get from them, so what’s holding you back of doing it. If you like it, your happy with it, then get it.

Life is so short to waste on something which doesn’t matter to you. Live, laugh and love.

Solar Panel

My hubby came home this evening, usually the first thing we talk about is what’s happening on our days at work.  Both of us had a great day and I told him I went to visit my girl friend after work and had spend most afternoon together chatting with her.  It was unplanned after the shop of her husband closes at 5pm , they invite me to come with them to the nearest pub for a drink or two. I went with them and it’s a good bonding we have together with her husband, I don’t often talk to him very much whenever I had my visit to his wife, only Hi or Hello and a little bit of this and that. 

I told my hubby while chatting with my friend’s husband, “he asked me about what's your hobbies in life, so I told him a little bit about you to have background of what you are". He then tell me he likes to invite us for a lunch in their house one day”.  Then my hubby said "did you mention that I like solar panels?". My hubby has tiny one just for charging his scooter battery at home and he wants a proper one to store much energy one day sothat we can be free of electricity charges. It's only tonight when he told he got a new big solar panel sitting on the roof of the shed, I didn’t notice, it’s been a week now.  Maybe that’s why he was always outside the backyard, I thought he is just looking the outdoor tv antennas but he is on the shed amusing the work of solar panel which currently store energy on the light in the shed only. One day he will try to make some more sothat it can accommodate all the electrical appliances at home.

Is Up

How's your weekend everyone? Mine is great, I had a fantastic sleep from last night, the weather is getting nicer and warmer on the day time and trying to be on the night. No need for us to use the electric blanket in bed like during on a winter night (speaking about electric blanket, if you're looking for one there are many online bargains now at CozyWinters.com electric blanket).

Today, I woke up with motivation to myself and encourage to be active inside the house especially the chores.hehe Usually when I wake up I watch the new upload of drama series that I've been watching everyday but not this morning.  I had a breakfast to store some energy of what I'm planning to do for the day, I start loading some washing on the machine instead my hubby is doing it, I clean the house, gardening and I did assemble the Christmas tree, putting some decorations and now it is up. I feel happy on the things I did and  I've achieved today, it's nice to look around the house with the spirit of Christmas coming soon.

Happiness and Contentment

Sometimes I was thinking if I'm really happy with my life, of course "I do" it’s only how I deal and manage the life I live everyday.  We all know tough times comes which is only part of living in a normal world.  So I must not surrender and always accept the challenge that has given me, I think they give me strength and I feel great if I overcome those things. 

I’m so thankful only to God,  for all the blessings I’ve received everyday, for my loving husband who always listen and understand my short comings, for the good friends who cheer me up in times of my loneliness and my family who is not present but always praying for me to have good health and always safe in all I do.  What else I need to be happy? I think I don't need any, whatever blessings may come in the future I will always be thankful, happy and contented. But hey, maybe to be blessed with a child one day, hahaha I can be impatient sometimes but still can wait until its God’s time already. Or wishing I'm working as full-time now or I don't mind to have a Resort Clerk Jobs, hehe I'm good on imagining and daydreaming only.

Anyway, in this moment of my life I’m happy and contented of what I have right now. Nothing else I'm asking for, I hope everyone is happy with their lives.
