The photo of whole garfish, have you tried eating this kind of fish? I like to buy a few if it's special at work (hehe) and then put some on the freezer for future cooking. Well, this is one of my favorites, what I do is cut the head, clean the inside then panfry and like to cook the skin a bit crispy. If you don't see it as whole fish, it often comes from fillets and usually you can buy them on fish and chips shops anywhere. It's very nice to eat when it was a crumbed garfish as well with a tartare sauce.
