Be Cautious

As one of the service assistant in the supermarket sometimes there are few customers who needs assistance of finding the product they can’t find and some approach a team member of other issues like for example a spill of milk or sauce on the floor which is a common thing to happen in the shop.  It’s a good thing if one customer report, it just only shows they also care about other customers who are doing their shopping.

Usually we are very cautious and prompt if someone report of slippery, wet, broken jars or bottles along the aisle.  We quickly take an action to put a sign to avoid accident or to make customer aware and be careful when walking on the area.  Even we are busy doing something we are very alert to attend to this kind of matter. We always put the caution sign first and after that grab something to clean the area.  It’s good if its a non skid dirt so it’s easy to get rid of the dirt and can go back to the proper work  quickly.
