A spider on his web

It was our last day in Baguio City, our trip going back to Manila is in the afternoon and  in the morning we went to visit Botanic garden  and was able to look around everything that was in the garden.  As we keep on walking step by step what are interesting views we can see, soon we have passed the path where there are plants with blooming flowers on both sides of the footstep in a glance we saw a spider web hanging on the tree connected to the plants.  Here is the shot I've got hope you'll like watching  this little critters.

Magellan and Lapu-lapu Shrine

This is a historical photo from Mactan Island, Cebu city, Philippines during our holiday, some of the photos were not yet posted, so bare with me if my entry is all about our holiday. We just only have 3 weeks but we have visited 5 provinces one of that is Cebu city, it's very exciting and fun experience of discovering the history of each city but so tiring hehehe, especially transferring from one airport to another and very unfortunate to experience flight delay. But all are great we can't complain much , we enjoy all the trip we had.

This is Magellan shrine is a large memorial tower erected in honor of the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan. The spot is believed to be the area were Magellan was killed by Lapu-lapu in the Battle of Mactan on 1521. 

The Lapu-lapu Shrine- He is a native chieftain who defeated Spanish soldiers and Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan. 

I just found this plant behind lapu-lapu's shrine garden, looks beautiful isn't it?

The river where Lapu lapu and Magellan fought, was called the Battle of Mactan. The river is only outsdie the gate which is just few steps from Lapu-lapu shrine.

Easy Flip and Grip Grill Glove

Australian’s were well known as a barbeque lover. Whenever there is a party it's more on drinking and barbeque of steaks, sausages, lamb chops, skewers and whole fish. It’s fun to celebrate especially on a summer days where you can just sit in the backyard.

As watching the demo it’s very easy to use, a water proof too and most of all an affordable price for only 14.99 dollar. I hope I convince her and I think she was because she told me to get one for her because she don't use computer.

RV Cars

We have another dream of ours one day, hmmm we are looking forward to have our own car for a long drive travel. But I don’t think we can have them, maybe it’s just nice dreaming or if we going to win in lotto that would be a jackpot hehe. We still have our own priority in life to first accomplish with.

The RV cars, is just beautiful to have one day to drive on a country side or whenever we travel, it’s just handy and fun to drive especially in a group or family. There are some rv for sale that has all the accessories and features very nice and comfortable that really interest me so much, it’s a sort of caravan type you can stop over somewhere down the road or  in a camping. Hoping maybe one day, there is mortgage loan to assist us, we are only waiting for the right time, maybe go and multiply first hehe, sothat its fun and exciting to travel with children.

Pedicab Rides

This photo was taken last June 5 when we are still in the Philippines, on this evening we had our dinner on my cousins house together with my parents, brother and sister as our last night bonding to everyone. After dinner we had a relaxing time in the bamboo bench in front of their house.  We had a nice chat with my family under the dark sky, some jokes and laughs we shared.

 So here I am inviting my hubby to ride, a heavy passenger for a tiny driver lol...it's hard for me to paddle need more strength hehe lucky it's downhill on the road. A nice experience for my hubby to ride in a pedicab.

And hubby was tempted to drive too hehe...I was making fun of my nephew as she was afraid of my hubby being white and blue eyes lol..she's just a little kid.  Even she don't want to get closer to him, that's why I keep teasing her pulling my hubby to hold her but she cried and dad was annoy coz she's a spoil brat of dad, he don't like seeing my nephew crying hehe.That's an enjoyable night being with them for the last time.

LGBT Rocks

In our society now a day, we have seen many people who feel free in expressing their rights and feeling open to the public. That’s why they’re visible everywhere, they’re being recognized and accepted by all the people. What I'm talking here are the gays, lesbian or homosexual who become what they want to be. Before they’re quite and shy to admit their personality, changes in lifestyle, the way they talk, walk and act due to family pressure, they're afraid to be bullied and disgrace by people around the environment. We should be proud of them, they contribute the biggest role in the society, they’re human at heart but just have the feeling of opposite gender.

They have their own community, they all unite with each other and build a group to protect their own dignity,  personality and want to be treated just the same as the straight people. Let us support the LGBT they’re part of the success of our country and they can build a better world through their unique talents and acquired knowledge and skills. If you want to know more about their life and want to understand more about them, how they are and their hardwork you can visit on the gay’s blog, you’ll appreciate and proud of what they are now, but not putting down nor condemn their chosen gender instead respect and love them.

Fresh Water Fish

This photo was taken on Star City, Philippines an amusement and recreational activities for everyone, after all the rides we did we saw this pool on the corner with some people was relaxing their foot. We keep closer and observe what's going on I told hubby lets have a try it would be nice for our foot especially your foot hehhe. It's good idea too becuase we're so tired walking around, a great relaxing sitting in the pool for a 20 minutes soaking in the fresh water pool surrounded by hundreds of fresh water fish that nibbles and bites the foot, eat the dead skin as a source of therapeautic massage around it. The more fish that nibbles you it mean the more skin disease on your foot hhehe my sister and I were laughing on my hubby as at first when he put his foot, lots of fish are coming to him. It's fun doing it. It's only the close photo of my hubby as I'm 2 meters away from him in the pool.

Benefit of Life Insurance

Yesterday evening my Mum in-law set and prepare a dinner for me and my hubby in celebration of my birthday last June 16. It’s a kind thought and efforts of her to do such hardwork in making different dishes for my birthday, I really do appreciate it with all my heart and thankful to have her. The dinner was fantastic she even baked me pavlova cake with passion fruit on the top and colorful candle stick for me to blow and wish, that’s a special night for me.

After the dinner a little bit of chitchat of everything especially our holiday in the Philippines that we share to her all the fun and enjoyment we have experienced. We also even tackle about life insurance in relation of our travel and the next travel to plan, we haven’t one yet so she suggest to us where to get, as they have their own policy many years ago, she wants us to inquire and ask for a life insurance quotes, so that’s our assignment to browse online and research about the types of insurance and what kind of policy to get, the coverage and who can benefit the said insurance. Very interesting topic, at least if we become member of the life insurance company we don’t need to worry of our future, if we get older someone will shoulder our expenses if something happen to us.

We enjoy the rest of the night, she had made us happy and she’s happy as well having us.

It's all about Him

 This was the series of photos in Boracay Island, this is the day when we hire an hour jetskie ride, before the start of the ride a boat is going to pick and bring us on jetskie station in the middle of the ocean the rides begins there while we are on our way the boatman  offered my hubby if he wants to operate the boat by holding the steering wheel just to experience my hubby give a go of leading the way, looking at him in the photo he is like an expert in driving hehe. I'm very happy that he experience this kind of stuff, I can sense that he had so much fun and enjoying our moment together in this holiday that we seldom do in Australia as everyone were busy working and working hehe.

Watery Wednesday

Water Front Hotel in Cebu City

The photos taken were during our 3 days stay in this hotel when we visit Cebu city. It’s my first time tour in this province and I can tell you its worth visiting this place. Although it feels like a little Manila for me, the road is narrow that causes traffic but aside from that you can see many look out, nightlife attraction and lovely beaches.  Thanks for my cousin who works in PAGCOR for the accommodation she extend for us to stay in hotel and free day tour around the city.

After check out and before leaving the building area, we told the hotel driver to stop for a while in the side street just to take the photo of the building because we were not able to get if you were just in front of the building but you need to go down further just to capture this kind of view

My World Tuesday

Benefits for Disable Person

Back in the Philippines last June 5, from Cebu city we visit my cousin and grandmother  who lives in our uncle’s house. We had our over night stay there before going to Manila and after a few days of departing back to Australia, my whole family was there too, we gather together for the last night of having us in the Phils. We had a big dinner for the last bonding and had a conversation to my uncle who experience stroke, his half body was paralized only times passed it's been already many years since he became like that, he use to be the funniest uncle we had, always joking, giggling and dancing funny steps just to make you laugh. Now he can’t barely walk and just always sitting on the lounge or in front of the gate looking for people passing by the street, but still he know how to make jokes but not as lively when he can still act normally. Government there should grant benfits to those disable person, a disability appeal for everyone who are not able to support themselves as they can’t work as what they do before due to some accident or unfortunate occurence on physical ability, that would be a great help for the member of the family.

There are some private companies I know and countries that gives benefit and support to disable person. That's the way it should be.

I was spoiled

We are in Adelaide now, we had arrived around 10:30am today. I’m now missing the Philippines specially my family and shopping hehe. Our flight yesterday was night time and the check out in hotel was 12 noon so we still have more hours to waste and do something for the day.

The night before I was thinking to have facial cleaning so my sister and I wake up early and went to shopping center which is just walking distance from hotel to spoil ourselves on facial treatment as I don’t have much time of doing that on the early weeks while we are here. I had them before but its many years ago and it’s nice to have one again before going back to Australia. Very nice feeling, the pricking of the white heads hurts but it only pass quickly. Also had acne treatment that the staff recommends which is good for me since I was always in the sun for many days that acne starts to grow, the soft mask gel feels great it helps soften, smoothen, help the pores close, stop from redness and dry face. It really feels good after all those treatment and relaxation.

After the treatment we went back to hotel where hubby is waiting, we organize our belongings to ready for check out and meet my brother and his wife for a farewell and drop us on the airport.  Now back to normal life again in Adelaide, continue working, save money and think how long we can have our holiday again.

Fly fly fly the butterfly

During our visit in Baguio City Botanic Garden, we walk on a flower garden and found a few  butterflies and bees flying everywhere in the garden sucking all the juice of the flower. When they're done to one flower they’re very quick to transfer to the other as if there is not much flower around. It’s fun watching them but they scare on the camera, everytime I point the cam they suddenly fly away or I might scare them hehe. I was just lucky to capture the moments of these photos, I assume they must be hungry that they stay still while I take a few shots.
