This month for me was on a busy mode at work. I arrive home late and wake-up early morning start of my shift and a 10-13 hours long a day for 2 weeks in a row and now for some days only. If you think about it is very tiring and stressful days to work that long, maybe before I was not given more hours for consecutive day and I was not used of the routine of my work shift this month. I don’t mind about the kind of hours I have because I know it’s changeable anytime. But as I kept working everyday I don’t really feel that much tired especially while in the process of working, as being busy makes the hours go quicker and sometimes I don’t feel like I have a long day, but of course after finish work and I arrive home here it comes the feeling of tired and some body aches but great it doesn’t last long anyway I just need to eat properly and make myself healthy while at work sothat I have energy for the long day.
Last weekend when my MIL saw me, she mentioned that I loss a little bit of weight. I jokingly tell her I think it's because of the clothes I wear today (giggle), but nah it's must be of some short hour’s sleep I have on some nights and for working long hours everyday these days, my body is trying to fix the routine I’m having on my present shift at work and I need to get used to it then I'll be backed to my normal weight again. If it’s on my hubby’s case losing weight as what on my situation now that would be the best fat burners for men (hubby) ashe really wants to get rid of his stomach fat that cause of drinking ice coffee milk. He would be looking healthy, manly and handsome man just like when I first saw him. But of course no matter what happen it’s not the physical appearance after all, it’s who he is that matters to me.
